为什么是优势教练
2019 年,我完成了第一场 Ironman 70.3 铁人三项赛。在那之前,我是一名做了十几年 IT 运维的管理者。
转变的契机很偶然:我用盖洛普优势识别器做了测评,第一次看到自己的才干被清晰地描述出来。不是"你要补短板",而是"你本来就擅长这些,把它们发挥到极致"。那种感觉不是被修正,而是被确认。
随后我完成了盖洛普优势教练认证课程(2021 年),并在实习期完成了 6 名学员的一对一优势辅导。我开始把优势教练的方法用在自己的团队管理、家庭沟通、甚至铁三训练中,发现同样的原则——发挥优势比修补短板有效得多——在所有场景中都成立。
2021 年同期,我还完成了 IRONMAN U 教练认证、KFCS 跑步教练培训和 R90 睡眠教练认证。这些经历让我确信一个道理:人不需要被"修复",人需要被"看见"。
我的教练方式
我不做"标准化辅导"。每个人的优势组合是独一无二的,我的方法建立在三个基础上:
1. 基于数据,不靠感觉 盖洛普优势报告提供了客观的才干图谱。我不会凭感觉给你建议,而是先读懂你的数据,再和你一起解读。
2. 从认知到行动 知道自己的优势只是开始。我会陪你设计具体的行动方案——什么样的工作适合你、什么样的沟通方式能发挥你的长处、什么样的目标能推动你又不至于烧毁你。
3. 整合的运动科学视角 作为 IRONMAN U 教练和姿势跑法 LV2 教练,我在运动表现和身心健康方面有系统的训练方法论。优势发展不是"坐在咖啡馆聊天"——它需要身体力行,需要在实际生活中验证和迭代。

Why Strengths Coaching
In 2019, I completed my first Ironman 70.3. Before that, I was an IT operations manager with over a decade of experience.
The turning point came when I took the CliftonStrengths assessment for the first time. I saw my talents clearly described — not as “weaknesses to fix,” but as “strengths to amplify.” That feeling wasn’t correction. It was recognition.
I completed the Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach program in 2021, finished my practicum coaching 6 individuals, and started applying strengths-based methods to my team management, family communication, and triathlon training. The same principle held true everywhere: amplifying strengths is far more effective than fixing weaknesses.
In the same year, I also became an IRONMAN U Certified Coach, a KFCS Running Coach, and an R90 Sleep Coach. These experiences confirmed one thing: People don’t need to be “fixed.” They need to be “seen.”
My Approach
I don’t do cookie-cutter coaching. Your strengths profile is unique, and my method is built on three foundations:
1. Data-driven, not intuition-based Your CliftonStrengths report provides an objective talent map. I read your data first, then interpret it together with you.
2. From insight to action Knowing your strengths is only the beginning. I help you design concrete action plans — what kind of work suits you, how to communicate leveraging your strengths, what goals challenge you without burning you out.
3. Integrated sports science perspective As an IRONMAN U Coach and Pose Method Level 2 Coach, I bring systematic training methodology to physical performance and wellbeing. Strength development isn’t a coffee-shop conversation — it needs to be lived, tested, and iterated in real life.
